Admission shall be made on merit. Candidates capability to cape with the course will be judged during the interview. On payment of the Registration fees of Rs. 15,000/- an Admission Registration slip will be given to the candidate.
An Admission confirmation slip will be given to the candidate; after all dues towards admission in the college are completely made. All payments are to be made at the college office. The registration fees will be later adjusted in the college fees if the candidate is admitted.
ADMISSION TERMS:
- The Candidates are admitted on first come first serve basis.
- A student can take admission by filling the admission application; submitting the original documents and paying the fee by the cut of date.
- Admissions form the wait-list will be announced thereafter. These candidates must complete their admission by paying the fee latest by the cut off date.
- For admission candidates must come personally to the PCP campus and sign the required documents.
- For admission, candidates should submit original testimonials / certificates and medical certificate proving fitness and absence of psychiatric disorders.
- Originals of class 10 & 10+2 pass certificate and the Transfer / Migration certificate will be kept with the institute and the rest returned to be candidate.
CANCELLATION OF ADMISSION AND REFUND OF FEES
Request for cancellation of admission received in writing up to 15 days from the date of admission will receive the refund of fee and deposits paid after deducting an administrative and processing fee of Rs 2,500/- Cancellation received after that will not be entitled for refund of any fee paid. However, remaining absent at the date of joining at the campus will be treated as canceled and the seat will be allotted to the candidates on merit from among the wait-listed and physically present at the campus.
Candidates who are keen on other institutes should not take admission by paying the fees it blocks admission student who are keen to join PCP. And also it leads to unnecessary claims for refund etc, despite we being very clear and transparent. Blocking the seat at PCP and securing admission elsewhere and them claiming refund of fee is unethical and therefore unacceptable.
It is not the number fee, but the quality and suitability with respect to PCP ethos and caliber that we are looking for please refrain form applying, if you are not keen. This is the reason that we are giving as much of the information as possible to help you decide whether PCP matches your aspirations and likes any dislikes.
